Question 1

What is Holy Grail Purifier™?

Accepted Answer

Holy Grail Purifier™ is a highly concentrated, multi-purpose cleaning solution designed for use on many hard surfaces throughout the home. It is formulated with plant-based, biodegradable ingredients and is intended as an external-use cleaning product only.

Question 2

Is it really concentrated?

Accepted Answer

Yes. One 32 fl oz bottle can be diluted to make dozens of ready-to-use spray bottles of solution, depending on the application. A little goes a long way.

Question 3

Is it biodegradable?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our formula is designed with biodegradable, plant-based ingredients and avoids unnecessary fillers, synthetic dyes, and harsh additives.

Question 4

Is it cruelty-free?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Holy Grail Purifier™ is never tested on animals.

Question 5

What does it smell like?

Accepted Answer

The formula has a clean, fresh scent profile. It does not contain harsh chemical odors.

Question 6

What surfaces can I use it on?

Accepted Answer

Holy Grail Purifier™ is suitable for many hard, non-porous surfaces including kitchen countertops, stovetops, bathroom tile, toilet exteriors, glass, mirrors, chrome fixtures, floors (diluted), and more. Always patch test on sensitive, porous, or delicate surfaces before use. Not recommended for raw wood, unsealed stone, or surfaces that may be sensitive to concentrate cleaning agents.

Question 7

How do I dilute it?

Accepted Answer

Dilution depends on the task. For all-purpose spray: 1 oz per 32 oz of water. For heavy grease and degreasing: 2–4 oz per 32 oz of water. For glass and mirrors: ½ oz per 32 oz of water. For tile and grout: 2 oz per 32 oz of water. For toilet bowl cleaning: can be used undiluted, leave for 5 minutes then scrub. For outdoor surfaces: 4 oz per gallon of water. Always follow label directions for the best and safest result.

Question 8

Can I use it for laundry stain pretreatment?

Accepted Answer

Some customers use a diluted version as a spot pretreat before laundering. Test on an inconspicuous area first. Follow label directions. Not a laundry detergent replacement.

Question 9

Can I use it on my car?

Accepted Answer

Yes, many customers use a diluted version for exterior surfaces, wheels, and engine bay degreasing. Always test on a small area first and avoid contact with painted or clear-coated surfaces without patch testing.

Question 10

Is it safe around children and pets?

Accepted Answer

As with all cleaning products, keep out of reach of children. Use with proper ventilation. External use only — do not ingest. Avoid use in concentrated form around birds, reptiles, fish, cats, infants, and other sensitive animals. Use diluted and only in ventilated areas when pets are present. Always allow surfaces to dry fully before pets or children come in contact.

Question 11

What precautions should I follow?

Accepted Answer

External use only. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes — if contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water. Use gloves for prolonged skin contact. Use in a well-ventilated area. Do not mix with other cleaning products unless explicitly directed on the label. Avoid dangerous chemical combinations such as mixing with bleach.

Question 12

Can I ingest it, use it internally, or use it as a mouthwash?

Accepted Answer

No. Holy Grail Purifier™ is strictly an external-use cleaning product. Do not ingest, use internally, or apply to body cavities. It is not a personal care or medical product.

Question 13

Can I mix it with bleach or other cleaners?

Accepted Answer

No. Do not mix with bleach, ammonia, hydrogen peroxide, or other cleaning chemicals unless explicitly directed on the product label. Mixing cleaning products can create dangerous chemical reactions.
